Hunan Port and Shipping Water Conservancy Group Co., Ltd. is a functional group approved by the Hunan Provincial People's Government, with the Provincial State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission fulfilling the responsibilities of investors, and the Provincial Department of Transportation and the Provincial Department of Water Resources providing business guidance and industry management. Mainly responsible for the investment, construction, and operation of ports, waterways, and water conservancy infrastructure throughout the province, and undertaking the construction and operation management of major ports, waterways, and water conservancy infrastructure assigned by the provincial government. Our main business includes investment, construction, operation, and management of ports, waterways, shipping, and water conservancy. We also provide planning, design, construction, and consulting services for port, waterway, and water conservancy projects. 1、 Recruitment positions and related requirements

2、 Qualification requirements for registration
（1） Basic conditions
1. Firm political position, support the leadership of the CPC, be upright, honest and trustworthy, and have a decent style of work;
2. Possess job qualifications and comprehensive qualities suitable for job performance requirements;
3. Maintain physical and mental health, possess the necessary physical and psychological qualities to fulfill job responsibilities, and be able to meet the workload and requirements of the position;
4. No bad records of dishonesty, disciplinary violations, or illegal activities;
5. The educational background (degree) of the applicants must be nationally recognized. For questionable national education qualifications (degrees), the results recognized by the education administrative department at or above the provincial level shall prevail; For party school education (degree) with doubts, the result of the coordination between the Provincial Party Committee Organization Department and the relevant business supervisory department shall prevail. After being certified by the Ministry of Education, the academic degrees obtained from studying abroad can be regarded as equivalent to the same level of domestic planned enrollment qualifications.
The recruitment target is fresh graduates who graduated between January 1, 2026 and July 31, 2027. Applicants participating in this recruitment should provide their original graduation certificate and degree certificate before July 31, 2027. Those who return to China after studying abroad should obtain the corresponding academic (degree) certificate before July 31, 2027, and obtain the corresponding foreign academic (degree) certification before September 30, 2027. Otherwise, their employment qualification will be cancelled.
7. Other basic conditions stipulated by laws, regulations, and group systems.
（2） Restrictive regulations
If any of the following situations occur, the application and employment qualifications will be cancelled:
1. Those with illegal activities and criminal records;
2. Those who have received disciplinary and administrative sanctions from the Party and have not yet completed the period of influence; Or suspected of violating discipline and law, currently under review by judicial authorities or disciplinary inspection and supervision departments, and no conclusion has been reached yet;
3. Those who have been dismissed or dismissed from their original employer due to violations of discipline and rules, or whose non compete period has not yet expired;
4. Those who have been lawfully listed as targets of joint punishment for dishonesty, or those who have a poor personal credit record;
5. There are records of fraud, deception, and other violations of rules and regulations in various public and state-owned enterprise recruitment exams;
6. There is a labor dispute with the original employer that has not been properly resolved in accordance with the law;
7. Other circumstances that may affect employment.

3. Registration requirements: Each person is limited to one position. When registering, one should fill in the form carefully and truthfully, and upload scanned copies of personal proof materials (front and back of ID card, graduation certificate, degree certificate, China Academic Degrees and Graduate Education Network certification report or related proof, academic transcript, honor certificate, etc.) together.
4. Registration deadline: Until the enrollment is full.
5. Registration precautions:
(1) Applicants should fill in their application information truthfully, completely, and accurately;
(2) The ID card used by the applicant for registration and interview must be consistent;
(3) Applicants must fill in the application form in accordance with the requirements of the recruitment position, and the professional name must be consistent with their graduation certificate. （2） Qualification preliminary review
Each person is limited to one position. Conduct a preliminary qualification review of resumes based on the application requirements for each position. Personnel entering the next stage will be notified by phone, email, or text message; Those who have not entered the next stage will not be notified separately.
（3） Comprehensive evaluation
Comprehensive evaluation will be conducted on applicants who have passed the preliminary qualification review. The comprehensive evaluation is divided into two parts: "quality rating" and "AI interview", both of which are rated on a percentage scale. Among them, the quality score accounts for 50%, and the AI interview score accounts for 50%. Those who did not participate in the AI interview will be deemed to have given up. According to the comprehensive score, the candidates entering the interview stage will be determined in descending order. Personnel entering the interview process will be notified by phone, email, or text message; Those who have not entered the interview process will not be notified separately.
（4） Interview
The ratio of the number of people entering the interview to the number of job vacancies shall not be less than 3:1 in principle. If this ratio cannot be achieved, after research, the interview ratio may be reduced, the number of job vacancies may be reduced, or the job recruitment may be cancelled.
2. Interview format, interview time, location, and other requirements will be notified separately.
（5） Inspection and physical examination
1. Rank the candidates based on their interview scores in descending order of job category, and determine the candidates for evaluation in a 1:1 ratio of job recruitment.
2. The physical examination standards shall be implemented in accordance with the General Standards for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial).
3. If there are individuals who fail the physical examination or assessment or give up their qualifications, they can be filled in equal numbers according to the interview ranking for the same position, with a maximum of 2 replacements. The interview scores of the replacement candidates should meet the minimum requirements for the shortlisted candidates. When determining the candidates for investigation, if there is no suitable candidate, the recruitment position can be vacant or selected from other candidates.
（6） Determine the proposed candidates for employment
Determine the intended candidates based on the examination and physical examination results.
（7） Publicity and Recruitment

After the expiration of the public notice period, if there are no objections or it is verified that it does not affect the employment of the proposed personnel, the employer shall sign a tripartite agreement and determine the salary and benefits according to the system. If the intended employee fails to report for duty within the prescribed time after obtaining their graduation certificate, it shall be deemed that they have automatically forfeited their qualification for employment.
4、 Other matters
The calculation deadline for age, qualification review, and other related time involved in this plan is October 30, 2026 (e.g. under 40 years old refers to those born after October 30, 1986).
2. Qualification review runs through the entire recruitment process. If it is found at any stage that the applicant does not meet the job application requirements or provides false materials, once verified, the examination or employment qualification will be cancelled.
