On October 16th, Shanghai Zhenhua Heavy Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhenhua Heavy Industry", 600320) announced that Mr. Zhu Xiaohuai has applied to resign from his positions as a director, general manager (president), and special committee of the board of directors due to work arrangements. Mr. Wang Cheng has applied to resign from his position as a director of the company's staff and a special committee of the board of directors due to work arrangements. The resignation of Mr. Zhu Xiaohuai and Mr. Wang Cheng shall take effect from the date of delivery to the board of directors.
According to the announcement, Zhu Xiaohuai and Wang Cheng's original term of office was set to expire on June 16, 2027. After their departure, they will no longer continue to serve in the listed company and its holding subsidiaries.
